Selected from the Jeanty distillery, located near the town of Grand-Goâve in western Haiti, this expression was crafted from sugarcane juice that underwent a five-day fermentation. After aging for five years on site in a bourbon cask, it continued its maturation for ten years in a cognac cask under continental climate conditions. Boasting remarkable complexity and depth, its aromatic and flavour profile shines with natural purity and freshness. Its exceptionally delicate texture is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the tasting experience.

Nose: Deep and heady. Exotic (mango, persimmon), medicinal and fibrous (balm, sugarcane), silky (artichoke heart), and floral (lavender, geranium), the aromatic palette exudes serenity and maturity. With aeration, it becomes increasingly peppery, tangy (marmalade), and tertiary (date, praline).

Appearance: Old gold with copper highlights.

Palate: Silky and elegant. Featuring exceptionally smooth notes of sugarcane and honey, the flavour profile is distinguished by its freshness and authenticity. Over time, hints of precious woods (sandalwood) and candied ginger intertwine harmoniously with rose aromas.

Overall: Fresh and balanced. Fresh sugarcane juice and coconut milk coat the palate in a creamy texture. Then, candied fruits (pear, mirabelle plum), grated ginger, and heady notes of orange blossom and tuberose combine in perfect harmony, lending delightful vibrancy to this indulgent finish.
