Cork Breakage Policy
We regret that a broken cork does not warrant a replacement bottle.
This wine is produced using a very interesting technique. The stems of the grapes are partially cut at their base in order to interrupt the flow of nutrients going to the fruit. This way they will start to dry prematurely while being exposed to the elements. After the grapes are finally harvested and pressed they will go through a meticulous vinification process and the wine will be left to rest and mature for a minimum of two years in a purposely built concrete tank, as winemakers use to do back in the days, hence the respect paid to this old technique by applying a cement coating on the bottle.Once bottled they are be kept in the cellar for a minimum of six months before being released.
