The Tasting Lineup

1. Bowmore 12 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask - ABV 40%, RSP S$130. A rich seam of subtle sweetness, serving its delightful repertoire of notes including red berries, rich vanilla caramel and peaches. Its gentle maturation in meticulously chosen Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks give it an intriguing yet inviting complexity.
2. Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask - ABV 43%, RSP S$220. A beautifully eclectic flavour profile brings together sweet indulgent notes and gentle spices. With at least 15 years in European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks and American Oak ex-Bourbon casks, it concludes its journey in European Oak Oloroso Sherry seasoned casks.
3. Bowmore 18 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask - ABV 43%, RSP S$380. Expertly bringing together delicious and diverse fruity notes with a gentle peaty flavour that is unmistakably Bowmore, its maturation in hand-selected ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, with a Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask finish, gives this 18-old an arresting poise and compexity.
