Recipe – 1L – Serves 4

    750ML of Ginger Ale

    250ML of Tonic Water

    1 cinnamon sticks

    2 star anise

    2 cloves

    4 orange slices for garnish

Heat all ingredients until it reaches a simmer turn off.

Serve in a t hick walled glass or coffee cup with 30mls of Ellis Reserve, Embezzler Dry, or Six Shillings Australian gin and top with punch mixture. Garnish with an orange slice.
