Its fantastic level of natural acidity allows us a subtle winemaking, which results in a very elegant white. During blind wine tastings, I remember many people were surprised by its French-driven style!

Tasting

Color: Yellow with golden hues.

Nose: This Chardonnay delivers a fresh and fruity character of white peach, pear and pineapple with citric hints. Aromas of white roses and brioche appear together with subtle notes of hazelnut and vanilla. A complex and elegant nose.

Palate: Finely integrated and elegant. Perfect balance between its velvety texture and high acidity.
