Our Whiskey
The liquid is an exceptional blend of golden grain and malted barley, triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years, giving the signature smoothness of Irish whiskey.
Maturation of Whiskey is an Art Form
The influence of 100% bourbon cask maturation beautifully enhances the sweet vanilla profile of the whiskey.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden
Nose: Very light on the nose, toffee apple, light hints of cloves, with butterscotch & cinnamon at the rear.
Palate: Sweetness upfront followed by a toffee & soft vanilla essence, fruits & a slight spiciness.
Finish: A nice spicy lingering finish with lots of sweetness.
