Due to our tropical climate, we do experience periodically the occurrence of dry whisky corks resulting in breakage when removing it from the bottle.  Should you also experience a similar situation, we recommend the following to remove the remaining piece: 1.    Use a corkscrew to pull it out. This is proven to be the best method. 2.    Use a long nail and a pair of pliers to pull it out. 3.    Use a long pointed object to push it into the whisky bottle Once out we recommend you decanter your whisky for storage. We regret that a broken whisky cork does not warrant a replacement bottle.

The entry level bottling from the illustrious Glenlivet distillery at Speyside’s heart, aged for 12 years. The archetypal Speyside dram, honey and orchard fruit driven. The nose is sweet creamy vanilla, honey, pineapple, vanilla, pressed apples and a little cinnamon.The palate is apple cores, fresh and fruity trifle and creamy citrus.The finishing is long and delicious with almonds and apple. The Glenlivet 12 is famously smooth and elegant with a defining fruity pineapple note, making it an accessible and popular whisky the world over. Appearance : Pale amber. Nose : Floral and vanilla notes seasoned with dried fruits. Palate : Aromas of vanilla and coconut and ripe fruit and orange marmalade flavours. Overall : Woody and slightly spicy, envelops the palate in warmth. Long-lasting with a hint of almond.
