Aged for 25 years and filled in 100% sherry seasoned cask, high proportion of the first fill, natural colour with the iconic wooden frame pack, the colour relects the matre grape which has perfrctly completed its evolotion , character of salted caramal, mango and hits of coriander seeds.
Aroma : Tropical fruits of mango and pineapple, leading to cedar wood
Palate : Coriander seeds, violets and a hint of salted caramel
Finish : Sweet, lasting floral and citrus notes
