AKKESHI BLENDED WHISKY TIASHO IS THE 8TH IN THE 24 SEASON SERIES.
Key malt in this release is aged in Mizunara OAK cask , the cask are made in Hokkaido .
It is peaty, but with a firm citrus freshness and sweetness. With a spicy and refreshing aftertaste, this is a perfect summer dish. The design of the gift box is based on the motif of yukata (summer kimono), in remembrance of the summer festivals that color one summer night in Akkeshi town.
Tasting notes:
Nose : Incense, cookies, fresh fruits
Taste : Dry impression to lactic acidic richness, honey, chocolate sweetness, nutmeg, saltiness
Lingering : Spicy and sweet, with a slight peat passing through the nose
Volume: 700ml,
