Cork Breakage Policy
We regret that a broken cork does not warrant a replacement bottle.
Distilled on the Isle of Mull with Hebridean tea, heather, elderflower and sweet orange peel, our award-winning Hebridean gin is fresh and zesty. Delicious in a G&T with a slice of pink grapefruit and sprig of thyme.
We add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to Grain Neutral Spirit to make the base spirit for our gin. All our botanicals including heather, Hebridean tea, juniper and sweet orange peel, are steeped for a mimimum of 24 hours in the base spirit.
The result is a fresh and zesty gin, with a subtle hint of rich, sweet malt from the whisky stills spirit.
