Whether you are wicked or elegant, we believe in balance, which is reflected truly in our 2024 Sangiovese Gin. We have carefully created this year’s release so that you can indulge in whichever side you resonate with, or whatever the mood requires.
Using the best Sangiovese grapes from the Yarra Valley and combining Australia’s best Contemporary Dry Gin, this is one edition you simply cannot miss.
Juniper, cherry, and light earthy notes lead the show in this gin. Expect to encounter vibrant red fruit notes such as raspberry, cherry and subtle strawberry aromas. Hints of chocolate, notes of orange and cinnamon develop mid-palate with a warming spice note that is quite complex. The finish is packed with a lovely balance of sweetness and spice, with a well-rounded oily mouthfeel that clings to the palate.
