Caorunn Raspberry Small Batch Scottish Gin 500ml
Caorunn’s Scottish Raspberry Gin perfectly demonstrates the clever way our Copper Berry Chamber extracts maximum flavour from our 11 gin botanicals, with an added blast of fruitiness from refreshing Perthshire Raspberries.
Aroma:A blast of raspberry fruitiness with lingering vanilla softness.
Taste:Distinctively fruity, raspberry and the tartness of rowan to the fore.
Finish:Pleasing mouthfeel with bright, clean, fresh flavours lingering in the finish.
Caorunn Gin 50ml
A small-batch Scottish gin from the Balmenach distillery in Speyside. Caorunn (pronounced ka-room), made with a combination of traditional and handpicked botanicals including rowan berry, heather, Coul blush apple and dandelion.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Floral at first, with notes of heather and citrus blossom. Juniper takes shape as it develops.
Palate: Orange oil, rosemary and subtle sweetness of heather honey.
Finish: Drying juniper and leafy herbs. A pinch of peppery rye lingers.
