DESCRIPTION
Nose: Hay barns, burnt toast, oily smoke.
Palate: Initially sweet and mouth-coating, Sweet fruits, beeswax and black pepper.
Finish: Long with sweet fruits and wood smoke. Charcoal lingers.
Blended Malt #3 21 Year Old ABV 47.1%
Nose: Spice plum compote and a touch of gingerbread. Continues along the theme of “yummy spiced fruit deliciousness”, now with some boozy red wine sweetness to it.
Finish: Thick with caramel and clove.
Bunnahabhian 11 Year Old ABV 41.2%
Nose: Initial sweetness, sweet shop aroma, banoffee, apple pie
Palate: Burnt caramel, smooth creamy toffee, banana, mango
Finish: Caramelised fruits, lemon sherbet fizz, buttery malt loaf
Springbank 19 Year Old ABV 47.5%
Nose: Rich and complex, oak, cocoa, black cherries
Palate: Smooth toffee notes to start followed by tropical fruits.
Finish: Dry finish with oaky flavours, with a hint of burnt rubber.
