We mature this unique Umeshu for 3 years before aging in French oak casks for another 2 years. Rich and complex flavors, with notes of almond from the pit and flesh of the Ume fruit, and a smoky and luxurious bouquet from the cask.

Elegantly aged umeshu in toasted French oak casks with a smoky and luxurious bouquet. Enjoy its slight bitterness and refreshing aftertaste.
