CHOYA is producing a traditional Japanese ume liqueur, made from 100% natural ingredients.
Aged for extra years to give a more complete body with a bright pungecy from the ume.
On the rocks, with soda or hot warter for drink recipe.

Alcohol : 17% alc./vol.
Ingredients : ume fruit, sugar, cane spirit.
Food Pairing : SUKIYAKI, Japanese Ramen, tempura, BBQ, Stew by soy-sauce, Sushi(salmon, tuna etc), Chilli Crab
