Crocodile Gin marks a new experience in the adventurous life of the Professor. It is a fresh, fine gin full of intense notes of juniper and citrus, surrounded by nuances of coriander, elderflower and Jamaican pepper. On the palate it is full, gently softened by notes of vanilla and other exotic spices.
