Clairin Le Rocher Rum 700ml ABV 47.5%

Made from boiled sugar cane syrup, this rum has retained all the flavors of the 3 varieties of cane used for its production. Le Rocher is a single pot still bottled full proof according to the Clairin method. This process gives it smoky and toasted notes that will make it very recognizable among its colleagues.

TASTING NOTE
Nose: Vegetal and smoky, pine, liquorice, straw, cut herbs.
Palate: Fresh and spicy, sweet attack, pepper, red pepper, hint of acidity.
Finish : Herbaceous, a smoky finish, endive and earthy notes reminiscent of a mezcal.
