Our LBVs are matured in wood for five years prior to being bottled ready for drinking. The 2018 LBV can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses like Cheddar and Manchego.

Tasting

Typically Graham’s on the nose with blackcurrant, blackberry, and lovely notes of mint, eucalyptus, and liquorice. Bright, fresh fruit and floral notes of rockrose shine through, and succulent black fruit flavours are complemented by layers of cocoa, black plum, and hints of white pepper.

Serving

Serve at room temperature. Once open enjoy within 4-6 weeks.
