Description
The 1906 Black Coupage is a strong black lager that has prominent notes of coffee, baker’s chocolate and liquorice from the “coupage” of four roasted malts. Made using A Coruña’s city water, a coupage of four traditionally floor malted Czech barley malts, and Nugget and Sladek hops and Hijos de Rivera’s own yeast strain.
Our award winning Dunkel Bock stands out from the rest of the pack for its personality and rebellious spirit, resulting in its unique position as the black beer of the Rivera portfolio.

Roasted aromas reminiscent of malts and coffee.
