One of the premium BIN range wines from Penfolds. BIN 389 is one of the best examples of the Cabernet Shiraz blend that Australia is famous for. It is also known as Baby Grange as it is aged in American Oak barrels that previously held Grange, our most iconic wine.
Taste: Intense and powerful, the BIN 389 is loaded with clack currant, cassis, spice and oak notes.
When to drink: This bottle is suitable for immediate drinking and has cellaring potential of up to 10 years.
A great wine to match with rich, roasted red eat dishes like Wagyu Steak.
