This premium edition is blended with a pot still infusion of tropical ingredients locally sourced in the Philippines. The wonderful hand-picked calamansi lime (native to the Philippines) contributes distinctive citrus notes, while the fiery local pepper, Siling Labuyo (one of the hottest chilis in the world), adds a touch of heat and spice. Distilled at 40% ABV, this distinctly rich and citrus-infused rum evokes the joyous nature of its namesake fiesta.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Light amber
Nose: Rich, honeyed nose with a hint of fresh citrus.
Mouth: Smooth and fruity with delicately interwoven flavours of honey, candied fruits, and deliciously sweet citrus.
Finish: Long and rich, with a delightful siling labuyo chilli sting at the very end.
