Hellyers Road 18 Years is an Australian whisky and part of the Original Single Cask Conquête bottling series. It matured for 18 years, from 2002 to 2021, in first-fill American oak cask 2283.03. The distillery bottled it exclusively for the French market at an alcohol content of 61.4% ABV. Only 176 bottles of this naturally distilled whisky exist worldwide.

Nosing: This Australian whisky delights with notes of coffee and resin. Freshly cut grass and mineral notes emerge, underpinned by sweet vanilla and chocolate. Candied citrus fruits and hay are present, while pears and peaches mingle with nuts.

Tasting: The Hellyers Road 18 Years has a dynamic mouthfeel. The whisky tastes of guava and persimmon. Coconut and yogurt emerge, leading to cocoa. Floral notes and wood are also present.

Finish: This Tasmanian whisky has a long, lingering finish. It leaves behind notes of zucchini and white mint. Saffron and cardamom add spice, while barley sugar and vanilla provide sweetness.
