Nosing: This Tasmanian whisky flatters the nose with oily peat and algae. It smells of pineapple and chocolate. Cloves are present. Floral notes lie behind this.

Tasting: The Hellyers Road 17 Years Slightly Peated has a tangy palate. It tastes of coconut and praline. Peat is present. This is underpinned by notes of lemon balm and lemon.
