• Appearance: A delicate, pale pink hue that is bright and inviting in the glass.

• Aroma: An expressive bouquet of ripe strawberries, red currants, and juicy peaches accented by subtle floral notes and dried Provençal herbs.

The Craft & Winemaking

To preserve peak aromatic vibrancy and delicate fruit character, the grapes are harvested exclusively at night to avoid the daytime heat. Upon arrival at the cellar, they undergo optical eye sorting to select only pristine fruit. The grapes undergo soft crushing and are swiftly chilled from 20°C to 7–8°C before closed-circuit pressing to prevent oxidation. The wine is vinified and aged for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in 100% temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with twice-weekly bâtonnage (lees stirring), imparting texture and roundness with no oak influence.
